I have a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and am a certified Meditation teacher. After years of studying East Asian Medicine, meditation, energetics, and mindfulness practices- I have a unique method that focuses on understanding yourself and your mind; and finally letting go of your anxiety and worry. I teach you how to use your mind to withstand any circumstance that comes your way.
